Question for Pokemon Ruby

Does someone know how to get 5 stars?
My friend has 2 stars, I have 1.......
And we have done the same things!!!

Some people say that you need 5 stars to get Deoxis and Jirachi.
But another friend of mine says that you need 202 pok�mon to get 5 stars....
Can someone help me??????

To get all 5 stars you have to do the following:
1. This is your original card (green)
2. Win the Master Ribbon in all catagories (copper)
3. Catch 200 Pokemon, you only have to get 200 (bronze)
4. Beat all LV 50 or LV 100 Pokemon in the Battle Tower (gold)
5. Beat the Elite Four (bronze)
