There are no set Pokemon to use for Mirage Island to appear. Every day the island will appear only if you have a Pokemon with a certain ID number in your party. This number changes everyday. Getting Mirage Island to appear is like winning the lottery. For real. Good luck.

I dunno... I did it on my friend's Ruby, and it was a Mighyena. Each Pokemon has a Mirage Number. Every day, the number required will change. But if you go through all the trouble, only Wynauts live there, but I've found one that was Lvl. 51!
