Question for Pokemon Ruby
I caught a Feebas at last 
, but now I can't get it to evolve.
I need every little detail like:
What pokebloks are the best for beauty, ( lite blue, indigo etc)
What moves does if have to know ,
Does in need anything else,
What level do you need it atleast to be to evolve it.
Plz answer as much as you know if you can I would really apreaciate it.

Use Pamtre Berries and Tomato Berries. Once it's condition is maxed out, raise it a level.

Kelpsy berries because it likes it alot then raise it one lv when it's beauty is full

Ok. To get the oh so rare Milotic, all you have to do is max out it's beauty (170).
Since you can only feed a Pokemon 12 pokeblocks before it will not eat anymore, you have to feed your feebas the highest quality blocks you can. If your feebas attitude (such as hasty, rash, quiet) suggests that it does not like dry berries (which purple and indigo berries are) then don't even fool with that feebas unless your really packing some of the finest berries (level 50). Once the beauty is maxed out, raise it up one level fighting or with a rare candy.
