To get all the starters, you have to have Pokemon ruby and saphire, if you want all the starters on ruby, then start again on saphire, get to slateport with the starter you want(don't let it evolve)and trade it to ruby.Then repeat this method and get the other starter you want, then, to get the starters back on saphire, put either swampert,sceptile or blaziken in the daycare with a ditto or castform, then hatch the egg, and trade the Pokemon to saphire, trust me, this is how I got mine, I have seen 184 pokemion and I've cought 159, the reason of this is because I can't evolve golbat, oh well, good luck

Yes in action replay there is a code to make any Pokemon appear in a certain patch of grass
