Where do I catch the Pokemon on the front of the box I don't know what it's called because I haven't had the game long

Its Groudon and you get a chance to capture it when you enter Sootopolis City.
His name is Groudon. You catch it in the Cave of Origin after you have completed the events at the Seafloor Cavern.
The Pokemon on the front of the box is groudon. You can catch him in the cave of originafter you have fought the leader of team aqua or magma (cant remember which one it is) and fly to sootopolis.
The Pokemon is Groudon and you catch immediately after you fight team magma's leader in Sootopolis City's Cave of Origin.
