Hi all I am trying to catch the regis and I need a wailord where can I catch him?

You can catch a Wailord the west of ever grande city before the waterfall. You need to fish or surf (fishing has a higher chance of encountering).

Or you can evolve a wailmer to a Wailord at level 40. (easier, since Wailord is hard to encounter).

You have 2 level up a wailmer - and wailmer evolves up within the 40's

You find him at route 129 or Wailmar at lv 40

To get a wailord you have to level a wailmer up to level 40. Although it is a good idea to let wailmer stay unevolved at level 41 so he can learn dig.
