Does anyone know were to find Feebas. I know you find it by Foretree but I am not sure which lake.

Feebas can be found in the route left of Fortree, Route 119. You must surf or fish in any of the water there to find one. But be patient as they are rare - they are only in 6 out of 1000 squares.
The lake you fish in does not matter. What matters is the 6 Tiles. I am not sure about the trendy phrase thing, but I don't think it matters. Use an Old Rod or a Super Rod.
The one near the building were you have to beat team magma.
Fly to Fortree then go left. Go down until you see an opening to the lake. Surf to it then go under the bridge and over the waterfall. PATIENTLY fish there with a super rod.
I caught my feebas there. It took me 10 minutes.
