When you administer PokéBlocks to your Pokémon, you have to keep a good eye on its attributes—the conditions it boosts, its level, and its feel. If its level is high and its feel is low, the thing is good. The level dictates how gradually the condition goes up, and the feel dictates how much more the Pokémon can eat. If you're planning to beef up that Feebas, you should go to the Lilycove Berry Blender and put in Kelpsy, Grepa, or Hondew berries. The Pokémon gets finished with its meal once the ring of stars surrounding it on the Condition panel in the PokéNav is complete.
