I just got the 7th badge so could some one tell me what I do next and I have the blue orb and I'm trying too find team magma but I can't find em so could some one tell me where there at?

Go get HM08 (Dive) from Steven. See that dark water on Route 128? Dive down there. Eventually you will find an entrance. Once you do, go up, and that is where they are!
