Question for Pokemon Ruby

Can anyone plz tell me where I can get all the hm's because I am missing hm 7 and I think it is waterful?

You get waterfall when you are about to meet Groudon. You will see it on the floor.

HM07 (Waterfall) is in the Cave of Origin, the only item in there.

HM07 is waterfall. You get it in the cave of origin (where you meet Groudon in Ruby or Kyogre in Sapphire). You eventually pass through it while your getting nearer to Groudon/Kyogre.

JUST TO LET YOU KNOW: You can use waterfall out of battle when you defeat the last gym leader, Wallace. He uses water type pokemon.

BONUS TRIVIA: When you get the eighth badge, you can now go to the Pokemon league. And you can now catch Bagon in meteor falls.
