Question for Pokemon Ruby

Hey, I just got this game I have four badges and I need too know were too find surf and cut.

So could you help me and can you use fire,thunder,and leaf stones in this game?

Yes, you can evolve using stones in this game.

And HM03 (Surf) comes from Wally's parents after you defeat Norman, and HM01 (Cut) comes from the inhabitant in the house next to the Pok�mon Centre.

Okay, cut is found in Rustbro(i don't know the spelling) city in the house next to the Pokemon centre. Surf is given to you when you beat the fifth gym in the first city(your dads gym).

Yes, you can use thunder stones, leaf stones, fire stones and water stones in this game.

To get Surf you need to get the 5th Badge by defeating Norman in Petalburg City, go to Wally's house and his parents will give you Surf.
To get cut go the Cuttershouse in Rustboro City.

Cut: next to the house by the Pokemon center in rustboro, if not there, then look for a sign that says 'Cutters House'

Surf: get after you beat your dad in Petalburg (in Wallys house talk to his dad.)

You get cut from a guy in Rustboro, you get surf from Wally's dad after you beat your dad in a gym battle. You can use stones in this game.
