If you defeated everyone there, got the fossil, and captured regirock (only after you have done everything else about the three regis at the sealed chamber) and gotten all the items there then I guess not.

3 things you can do are: 1train 2get the fossils 3cathch regi(?rock?).

These are the things you do in the desert in route 111.

1. Beat all of the trainers found there.
2. Get all the items (I do know one item, the TM of sandstorm).
3. Catch Regirock (after you do the regi-quest).
4. Get one of the fossils (one hatches to Lileep, the other to Anorith).
5. Catch all the Pokemon found only there (Baltoy and Trapinch are 2 that I know).

If you've done all of that, your done.
