How does feebas evolve into milotic I know if you raise it's beauty and I have but it won't does it have to like the pokeblock I give it.

If feebas has max beauty you must make sure all of it's attacks are beauty and then level it up to evolve it into milotic.
I have found a way of getting deoxis but it includes a friend to make this posible (my friend teached me this code) as soon as you get the mystery gift use your friends mystery gift and you should get the two tickets.
I think it also has to have full toughness as well. So if your Feebas won't eat anyore pokeblocks, just put it in daycare with castform and you should get a Feebas egg and try again.
You can't give it too much pokeblocks, if you feed it too much, it can't take it !
