Where can I get a DragonScale from?

To get Deepseatooth/Deepseascale you need a pok�mon with this attacks:
Dive and Surf.
Go to Slateport and surf south and surf west on route 108.
Than you will find the abandoned ship, go on it.
If you go inside your in a room go to north there should be a stair go on.
Then you are in the next room with tree couple of cabines.
Go to the one at the south.
There tree doors to go in.
Take the door in the middle.
There is a dive area.
Use dive.
Your now in a underwater tunnel, follow the tunnel.
At the end should be a room go in and use dive again.
If everything is good your now in a room with six doors.
Go in the first one.
There is something shinny get it.
On the key you find is a number painting go to the door with that number.
And so go further.
At the last room you find a key for another door.
Go back:go to the tunnel and dive on the end dive again.
Go out the room.
Now go to the room were you come in the ship.
You now have the key for a locked door I don't now wich door but you need it to get Deepseatooth/Deepseascale.

To get a Dragon scale (it is used to evolve Seadra into kingdra) you have to either find a horsea or bagon. Horseas are left of Pacifidlog where the currents are (you have to fish).

Bagons are in the back cave in Meteor falls. When you find a horsea/bagon it MAY be holding a dragon scale. Use theif, covet, or catch the Bagon or horsea to obtain the dragon scale. I recommend finding Bagon because it is more common for it to be holding a dragon scale.

Once you get the dragon scale give it to your seadra and trade it with a friend or another version (ruby or sapphire) to get a Kingdra.

You get the dragonscale or deepseatooth by giving capt stern the thingy mabob you get at the abandoned ship I believe it's called and he will trade you it for either one the deapseascle or deepseatooth

J Rock(master) you can get the deepseatooth and the deepseascale from Captian Stern when you give him the scanner found in the abandonned ship in room 2. Rubygirl16.

You can find Dragon scales on certain Pokemon, such as Bagon in Meteor falls. I've also heard that they can be found by trading certain pokemon.
As for the deepseatooth and the deepseascale, these are obtained after finding the scanner in the old, abandoned ship for Captain Stern. After you bring it back to him he will offer you to choose either the deepseatooth or the deepseascale.

If you want a dragonscale then all you have to do is catch a Horsea or a Bagon, if you don't want to catch them then youll have to use Thief or covet (moves by a pokemon).To get Deepseatooth & Deepseascale all you have to do is go to the Abandon Ship and Search for an item called Scanner then go to Capt. Stern and give him the item,then he will trade the Deepseascale &Deepseathooth
