Question for Pokemon Ruby

I need help finding feebas.Everyone tells me that you can get him/her at route 119 but I can never find it. Please help me.

Just keep trying to use a rod and eventually you'll find it.

Have you checked the upstairs area of the musuem, if not, check there to find the captain.

If that doesn't work, talk to the man in the ship yard first.

You do find Feebas on route 119, you surf in the water then you go to UNDER the bridge and use your SUPER ROD. First you will catch some Carvanha and then Feebas.

I havent found him and I bet I am not helpful. But I've heard it's best to use the "old rod or good rod" so you get him when he's young and can control his moves. I hope I find him! I hope you find him! Wish us luck?
