Question for Pokemon Ruby

Hey I just got a gameshark/Xploder cheat system and I want to get Jirachi but I don't have a clue what to do!

Just put the codes to Jirachi and he will appear in your game.

I am not a cheater(despite my user) but i believe you have to find th codes and enter them in.

But there is another way to get Jirachi without cheating. If you have a gamecube buy pokemon channel, and complete it. After completing it you will get an option to transfer Jirachi from channel to ruby/sapphire/fire red/leaf green. You need a gamecube/ GBA link cable to transfer it.
