Hey I went in the brail cave and unlocked the door but where is teh door..

There are actually three.

Regirock: Desert Ruins, Desert, Route 111. Read the inscription, walk tow paces right and two paces down, and then use Strength.

Regice: Island Cave, Route 105. Read the inscription and wait two minutes.

Registeel: Ancient Tomb, Route 120. Walk into the centre of the first chamber and use Fly.

This means that you have unlocked the Regi's like, regi ice, steel, and rock. Regi steel is located on a hill when comming from Fortree city and walking to Lilycove. Regi rock is found in the desert on route 111. I don't know where to find Regi ice.

If you are talking about the Regi type pokemon the three unlocked doors are in these locations:

1) Route 105 on the island cave.
2) Route 111 in the Desert Ruins.
3) Route 120 inside the Ancient Tomb.

One is in the desert the other near the bug maniac and grass(were you find absol) and the other on route 5 (surf north from dewford

There are actually three doors :

1. The first is in the Sandstorm which is where you find Regirock

2. The second is off Dewford Island keep surfing up. if you see Mr.Briney's house you went through the wrong rocks where you find Regiice

3. The third is between Fortree City and Lilycove City Go down to the Corner past the girl who gives you a berry for everyday where you find Registeel

1st cave (regirock) take two steps Right, Then two Down, then use Strength

2nd cave (regiice) this is easy just stand there for two minutes

3rd cave (registeel) go to the center of the room and use Fly (trust me it'll work)

You go to the sandstorm and go right. Then go down when you see a cave go in it then when facing the bratile wall use dig. Go in a regirock will be there.
