You get it when you trade it for some kind of mail in Mavuiel
You will have to go to Mauville city and a girl in a house will ask for some harbor mail you will have to go to Salteport city and buy it in the poke mart for 50 dollers go back to Mauville city trade her the harbor mail and she will give you the coin case.
Give a Harbor Mail to the inhabitant of the house directly south of the Game Corner.
You go to Mauville and you go to one of the houses near the bike path ( I don't remember which one) talk to the lady inside,she will say something about how she would like this one thing,whatever she says she wants go to Slateport and buy it and then go back to her and give it to her,she will give you a coin caes. Hope this helps!
It is found at Mauville City, you need to have a Harbor Mail (buy one at slateport city), trade it to the girl in the house beside the game corner and she'll trade you for a coin case.
You can trade it from a girl in mauville city.
You give her a harbor mail and she give you a coin case.
You can get the coin case by tradeing HARBOR MAIL to the girl in the house near the entrance
