Question for Pokemon Ruby

Can someone please tell me how to have/do the ff:

1.How to get the eon ticket w/o using gameshark or ar
2.How to catch Deoxys AND Jirachi w/o gameshark or ar
3.How can I get Feebas ( i had already fished at route119)
4.How to get stars in your trainer card
5.How to open the old man's door in Mossdeep city
6.How to get to Mirage Island

ANSWERS WILL BE REALLY APPRECIATED!!!!!

P.S. I am from the Philippines. And i wish to ask how to get gameshark or/and action replay without going to U.S.

Also can someone also tell me where to get gameshark and ar on the Internet. ( what website )

1. Sorry but you can not.
2. Impossible unless a friend cheats.
3. Use an Old Rod by the fisherman
4.1st star beat the pokemon league
2nd star get all pokemon
3rd star win all Master rank contests
4th star beat Battle Tower 50 times in a row
5th star beat Lady Astrid or Gentlemen Nils.
5. You need an E-Reader device
6. Get lucky or use an Action Replay.

1. Either both
2. You need to have five stars on your trainer card.
3. Throw an Ultra ball at it.
4. To get one star, you must beat the elite four.
5. You need an e-reader to open it.
6. It appears at random.

P.S. I'm from the Philippines too, where do you live there? I'm from Manila. But now in the U.S.

1.Use an E-Reader.
2.I think you may be able to use an E-Reader to get them. (There's also a rumor going around that you can go to space and catch them,we don't know if that's true though)
3.Feebas is only on 6 tiles on route 119.It's extremely rare though,so keep looking.
4.You accomplish certain things:
Beat the game
Win all contests
Beat the Battle Tower
Catch all Pokemon

I think that's what you have to do.
5.You need an E-Reader.
6.A man at Pacifidlog will tell you if he sees it.Bring all your Pokemon everyday, and keep checking with him.He'll see it eventually.
