Question for Pokemon Ruby

Hey I was wondering.
If anyone here is familiar with creating
New gameshark codes for visualboy advance?, because I have a request.

Theres already made codes such as Fly press L+B+UP etc
And for Starter Pokemon, Rain, and so on.

But theres noone for

Cut Press (x+x+x)
Surf Press (x+x+x)
Dive Press (x+x+x)
Flash Press (x+x+x)
Waterfall Press (x+x+x)
Rock Smash Press (x+x+x)
Strengt Press (x+x+x)

So I was wondering if someone maybe could make those.
And of most important, Surf, Rock Smash, and Dive.
I would really like to get codes for that if someone could make them, doing some codebreaking or something.
For Pokemon Ruby (the American version)

Or if you can't make them like that atleast like an Ability as if you Press A+B you activate it and you can go press a rock or at the edge to water and it says "You want to Surf?" Yes/No .
