Question for Pokemon Ruby

I.) Is there any way of trading deoxys from Firered/Leafgreen to ruby? Because on Leaf Green I got the Ruby and Sapphire but it won't let me!

2.) In the pokedex what are the Pokemon no 110 and no 111 ?

3.) Wheres the best place to make a secret base?

1. I don't understand you should be able to trade, oh wait did you give them to Celio?

2. 110 is Spoink, and 111 is Grumpig.

3. By the Fisherman on Route 119.

1. I have had this problem with my friend. it won't let us trade deoxys from sapphire to leaf green. We don't know why this happens.
2. Spoink route 112 and grunpig evolves from spoink.

SSSSSSSSSSSSpoink!!! I love saying that.
