Use the mach bike.

You will need a mach bike to get past them,
be at least 2 spaces away before you start cycling.

At the 2nd place you will need 2 know when to steer because it curves around the corner!

I haven't managed to get to the top but I'm sure this will help.

To get past the cracks in Sky Pillar you get a Mach bike and get a head start, then you go to the end but do not stop till the end where Raquaza will be there.

Catch Raquaza with atimer ball!

Go over them on the mach bike.

You need to use your mach bike and you can't crash while you are one the bike or you will fall down to the floor below.

You got to guide your bike throw all the twists and turns without crashing I advise you practice controlling the extremely fast bike around the hard twist and turns without losing momentum.
