What do you do with the Eon ticket? I have it but I don't know what to do with it. can you please help me out?

I don't have it but I know how to use it, you have to go to the boat in Lilicove City or Slateport city.
Cool! you got the eon ticket! go to one of the ports, (forgot which one) and talk to the lady to go on the ship, she'll go back and a man will come, the ship'll take you to southern island, explore, until you find a rock, go to it a press the A button and latios or latias will appear!!
If you used a Gameshark or AR,you need another code to activate it.
You got it wow it is soo hard too find go to one of the ports and talk to a lady a sailor brings you to an island you can find deoxys
