Question for Pokemon Ruby

Where can I catch a Bagon? I really really want one. I heard in Meteor Falls. But, I've been searching for ages and still haven't found one.

At the very end of Meteor Falls, there is a room that has a little land and a lot of water. If you surf on this water, you'll come out on a little more land. If you walk around this land, there is a chance that you might find a Bagon. It's a little rare, so it might take a few minutes to find one.
