Ok, here goes:
Can anyone tell me which level Contest Hall it is that you get the tube of Pokeblocks off the little girl, and where she is????

Hey dude I've got the answer for you. Got to Slateport City and there will be a Hyper rank Pokemon Contest near the top. When you go in on the left there will be a small girl in a red dress talk to her and she will say she has 2 pokeblock cases and she will giv you 1.
