Where can the trickmaster be found and is steven on his journey?

The trickmaster, after he gives you the Blue Tent, straight up disappears. Steven technically never goes on his "jouney" in Ruby, because he is always back as the Champion when you challenge the Elite Four, but im willing to bet that the reason Wallace is the Champion in the upcoming game, Pokemon Emerald, is because Steven is on his "journey."

But why would you want to?

And why would Stevan be with him, he is the Champion of the Elite Four.

The Trickmaster is just above Slateport City.

Steven is the champion of the Elite 4 and he is always there, so no he is not on his journey.
