I have beaten the elite four. I have gone to battle tower and won 20..

First and foremost I find it neccesary to tell you that there are 200 pokemon in the Hoenn Pokedex, but you probably already knew that.

Secondly, if you beat Battle tower 34 times in a row, you will win the Gold Sheild, and thats something to brag about.

Next, Mirage Island is where you can get rare berries and Wynauts, nuthing more. It is not required that you go to Mirage Island.

And also Latios kicks butt. I would suggest you find it and capture it. I will walk provide you with some useful tips that will really help you in the capture of this pokemon.

First, if you have not already used your Master Ball on Groudon or Rayquaza, track down Latios and thats that.

However, in the more likely event that you have used your Master Ball, go to Lavaridge town and get that egg from the old lady by the hot springs.

If you have already hatched it, you will know that it is a Wynaut. Train it to level 15, when it evolves and teach it Counter, Mirror Coat, Destiny Bond, and whatever else you like best.

Train Wobbeffet to no higher than level 40. Maybe 39 if your feeling restless. Next, buy up to 99 Super Repels.

Now go out into the world in search for Latios. Make sure you have Wobbeffet as your first pokemon, and activate a Super Repel.

Make sure that Wobbeffet's level DOES NOT exeed 40, he must be high 30's or EXACTLY 40 for this to work.

Go around Hoenn, or just follow Latios if you've seen him already. Try to trap him, or trick him into landing on your Route.

If you have encountered Latios before then you know that he like to run the first chance he gets. Well with Wobbeffet's ability, Shadow Tag, that is no longer an option.

Oh, I almost forgot. If you have any, money left after buying the Super Repels, try to buy 10 Zincs for Wobbeffet.

Ideally, if yothe Wynaut that came out of the egg was Sassy, Calm, or Careful, consider yourself one lucky guy.

That means his Special Defense will automatically be boosted everytime he levels up. you'll need all the Special Defense you can get, and i'll tell you why in a bit.

So once you stumble upon Latios, i'll have you know he is a Psychic-Dragon type.

I'm sure you know all of this already, but Psychic type attacks, as well as Dragon type attacks all use the Catagory Special Attack.

That is why you want Wobbeffet to have high Special Defense. Now this part is very important. When you are choosing an attack, you MUST choose Mirror Coat otherwise nothing will happen.

Eventually you will wittle Latios down to a smaller ammount of health.

Hopefully you have a stock full of Ultra Balls, or something to that effect.

When I tried this, my Wobbeffet fainted before I caught Latios, but a nice little trick is to right then and there send out a very fast pokemon who can parlyze Latios, and let it run away, it doesn't matter, now you can track him.

Heal your Pokemon, and try the process again, only don't fight Latios, just try to catch him.

Well, you could just make your mom or dad get you Sappire or Ruby......... but.....

Get all the Pokemon you can:
Get a Relicanth on the underwater area that leads to Sootopoli.

Restart a new game with a harder pokemon at the start.

There you go.

Train your pokemon to level 100. try to get a relicanth.

Wait AND WAIT AND WAIT FOR MIRAGE ISLAND to apprear.

Get a gold shield by getting 100 battle tower wins in a row.

Try to fill your pokedex most importantly. find a random friend and trade with them if they have a game.

All you have to do is remember that there is soo much to do in your game after the elite four.

Another thing is beating all of the contest types in master rank.
