Question for Pokemon Ruby

Hi

Could someone tell me if you can get both Latios and Latias in ruby without trading or gameshark or ar.

In Pok�mon Ruby, you can obtain Latios after defeating the Pok�mon League and watching television downstairs at your house; after that, Latios can be found on Routes:

110, 111, 117, 118, 119, 120, 121, 122, 123, 124, 125, 126, 127, 128, 129, 130, 131, 132, 133, or 134.

To obtain Latias in Ruby you must connect your Game Boy Advance to an E-Reader and swipe the Eon Ticket through the E-Reader.

Then, talk to Norman in his Gym and he will give you the Eon Ticket.

Take it to the vendor at the Lilycove ferry terminal and a sailor will ferry you to the Southern Island. Go into the thicket there, read the monument, and Latias will materialise.

The Pok�mon roles are switched in the Sapphire version, and I have yet to see if the Southern Island is accessible in Emerald.
