Talk to the Beauty by the pond on Route 120 nearest to Route 121.

She will give you a Wiki Berry for your trouble. You can get one Wiki Berry per day.

It's a different berry each time, just as with the berry master and his wife.

I guess the girl in sootopolis gives Wiki berries too. You can save the game before talking to her and keep resetting until she gives you a Wiki berry. The girl next to the berry patch on route 120 gives Wiki berries only if your trainer ID ends in 1 or 6. Hope that helps.
