Question for Pokemon Ruby

I have some questions that are buggin me...

1 how do you get to mirage island and what are breakdown points.

2 how do you get a shedinja

3 how do you get a better winning streak at battle tower even though you lose a game

4 is there a cheat to get jarachi and deoxys without using gameshark or a nintendo gamecube

Well, i can't say how to get to mirage island, but I can answer the other 3.
-get a nincada to lv. 19, then get a spare pokeball (the same type you caught the nincada with.)

A spare slot in your team. evolve the nincada to ninjask at lv. 20.

The spare poke-team slot should have shedinja.

-get two pokemon that know recover (my preferences are latios/latias and starmie) and one superpower pokemon. (your starter, if you picked torchick or treeko, or one of your best if you picked mudkip.)

Give a well rounded range of attack types with tms and level-up moves to your pokemon.

-yes. you can download it if you reserved a pokemon collesium disc, or there are a few codes for gameshark that give you both jirachi and deoxys. though if i were you, i'd chuck out the GS and get action replay. codes for GS are very rare, as they don't make them anymore. and don't go nuts trying to get jirachi. i have one and its not allits cracked up to be.

To go to mirage island, you need that wynaut that the old lady gives you from the hot spring place (forgot that place's name) and go to pacificdlog (the town on water)

And there should be an old an in one of those houses and he will tell if he is seeing it or not if he says no keep doing this for many times and when he tells ypu he saw it go on right with surf you should find and island..... voila mirage island
