Question for Pokemon Ruby

How can I catch Regirock, Regice and Registeel.

I've opened all 3 caves of them but I can't catch them in their caves.

Please help me.

Hi Dragonslayer 00.

For Registeel use fly in the center of the cave.

Regice Read the message for a few minutes.

Regirock use strength 2 steps down and 3 across from the Brail.

My only advice is to do a lot of damage to it, then put it to sleep.

Bring lots of ultraballs and timerballs and keep throwing them and hope you catch it. It's not that hard.
