I'm trying to catch a Wailmer and a Sharpedo but I cant find the super rod. Please list where you can obtain the super rod?

Go to Mossdeep City.
In the house near the Space Center, talk to the fisherman.
There should be a house in Mossdeep City near the Space Centre in which the inhabitant will give you the Super Rod. Turn left at the white rock.
