Question for Pokemon Ruby

Ok I got a few questions. First Does anyone know codes for Deoxys, Kyroge, Celebi, or Jirachi to be in your PC. By the way I don't have an AR so I need those cheats for Gameshark. Next question I've heard something about a Celebi Two, is that true. What's an E-Reader. Two more things, one is there a GS SP code for you to have all 5 stars on your card, and if so what is it, and finally what's the code for all 8 badges, cause I've gotton all the badges so much times and I just wanna skip that now.

I know the codes, but they aren't in your PC.

They're on route 101, randomly...and only level 2:

These codes are for AR,but they also work on a Gameshark.There is no Celebi Two.
