How exactly do I get my pokemon from silver to ruby?
Where do I unlock the trading deal.

You cant. The closest that you can get is to trade to fire red and leaf green (yay I bought Fire Red today!!)
You cannot trade with those two games, however they remade Silver. It's called Soul Silver and you can trade with those games.
