1) How do I get into the gym in tree whatever city?

2) How do I get into the city that you have to find the city?

In Fortree City the gym is blocked by an invisable Keclean, to make it go away, go to the route east of the city, once you get on the bridge, you will see Stevan, talk to him, and he will give you the Devan Scope. Now that you have the Devan Scope, go back to Fortree City and use the Devan Scope on the part where the Keclean is blocking the path and then the path is open.

Erm, I don't understand that...
When in Lilycove City at the east of the ctiy is the ocean, surf there (by the Team Magma/Aqua guy is standing) and then go north, there should be a cave, that is Team Magma/Aqua hidout.

P.S. You proboly noticed that I said 'Team Aqua/Magma' because that is the new team, Team Rocket is not in Ruby/Sappire.
