That code "tricks" your Pokedex into thinking it is full.The only way to really get the Pokemon,is to use the codes and catch them in the wild.

It would take me a few days to type in all the codes(I think you may want to get them right away), so I suggest,you look at the Action Replay section,or go to the walkthoughs, they are in both places.
Plus, some of the codes I have, mess up games.
