Question for Pokemon Ruby

Yo Fluffychicken can you tell me which Pokemon are good for the Battle Tower lv. 50 and the moves of them. Same with lv. 100. Is there another way to get Deoxys without going into space or using AR and trading?

I'm not the expert at the Battle Tower. I also have no good Pokemon (I lose all the time). You'll either have to ask another question or try it on your own. Sorry.These are the only ways I know how to get Deoxys:
1. Use an AR or Gameshark.
2. Catch it in Fire Red or Leaf Green.(mostly likely,use an AR or Gameshark to get the ticket to Birth Island)
3. Go into space?That cheat is said to be fake,but I would like to see,if it is.

Those are the only ways I know how (number three is most likely fake)

I have two suggestions for the battle tower. The first one is:

Xatu with whatever good item you want
Psychic
Shadow Ball
Wish or Solarbeam
Fly or Arial Ace

Machamp with a Shell Bell
Cross Chop
Seismic Toss
Earthquake
Revenge

Lanturn with Leftovers
Surf
Thunderbolt
Ice Beam
Hydro Pump or Thunder

The main focus of this team is to take advantage of every single (yes EVERY) type. The only problem is Swampert (which is what Solarbeam is for).

Here is the alternative: a smeargle with mind reader, lock on, sheer cold, and gullotine/horn drill.

This is not as perfect as it sounds, because protect, special conditions, and dying from smeargle's weak stats can get UGLY.

Hopefully, someone will someday make a code to give any pokemon wonder guard, then this will be vulnerale only to fighting types, so if you have a Sableye with it, too, then it will be invincible! For now though, I would recomend the first one.
