Does anyone know how or where to catcth Feebas?
It's the only Poke'mon I need to fill my Poke'dex (other than Milotic) PLEASE answer this question!!!!!!!!!

You have to go to the route between Mauville and fortree.

Out of all of all of those tiles of water, one special on will always give you him when you fish in it.
Just check every single one. You will need a LOT of patience for this.
To evolve feebas, get his beauty to the maximum and gain him a level.
