I forget where the exp share is, but eevee must be traded from fire red or leaf green.

gamenerd answered:

After you deliver the Devon Good to Catp. Stern, go back to the Devon President and he will give you Experience Share.

Evee isn't in Ruby, trade from Fire red/ Leaf Green/Gold/Silver/Red/Blue/Yellow.

cheatking answered:

You can't get Eevee in Ruby and you get an experience share when you first go to rustboro into Devon corp. talk to the boss and he will give you two packages.

One for his son in Granite Cave and one for the scientist in Slateport. After you delivered both go back to Devon corp. And talk to the boss and you will get your exp. share.

cooldude08 answered:

You can't get evee in ruby or sapphire, you must trade from F/R or L/G.
You cam get exp. share from the devon corporation after you've given steven the letter.
