If the internal battery runs dry, can I still catch all the regis and go to mirage island?

Lemme guess, VBA? To answer your question, yes you can still get it. I can show you how to fix this problem too. Alright, Go to "options", the tab at the top, and then "emulator" and "Real Time Clock". This normally makes the glitch go away, hope I helped :D

can u still do this if on a DS?

You can catch the regis but you cannot go to mirage island if you have a gba.
