Can my Groudon Evolve?

Please, I've been wondering, how can I catch an Abra without it teleporting from battle?

Sorry, no, groudon cannot evolve nor breed at the poke'mon day care, it is only a poke'mon,
and the easiest way to catch an abra without it fleeing from battle by teleporting is to attempt to catch it at full health with a great ball or ultra ball (depend's on how far you are in the game)

No, sorry, but Groudon doesn't have any evolutions, and to my knowledge, you can't evolve it through any sort of cheat code.

To get an Abra, grab a Trapinch from the desert, and its arena trap ability should keep the Abra from teleporting.
