It would help if you could be more clear with your questions. If we can't understand you, then we have a hard time trying to help you. Try to be more clear and detailed when you submit a question.

As far as the fossils in the desert on Route 111 go, you can only take one. Either the Root or Claw fossil, each containing an ancient Pokemon.
Both can be resurrected at the Devon Corporation in Rustboro City.
The Root fossil can be used to resurrect Lileep.
The Claw fossil can be used to resurrect Anorith.
