Give the Devon Goods back to the man who requested you to retake the Devon Goods.This is the first time to give.For the second time, you need to deliver the letter to STEVEN who is in Granite cave,Dewford town. After that go to Slateport city and deliver them to Cpt.Stern who is on the second floor of the museum.
