swampert seems good but I'd get rid of strengh. Magnetons power is being wasteted with flash! AND YOUR KILLING YOUR TROPIUS!! I MEAN CUT? CUT? THATS LIKE THE MOST WORST MOVE! REPLACE IT WITH RAZOR LEAF FOR CRYING OUT LOUD.

gamenerd answered:

Swamptert is fine, but maybe consider getting Muddy Water back?
Magnoton: Teach it Rain Dance, Thunder and maybe thinderbolt.
Mackoke is awesome.
Mightyena: Rest and rock smash should go for something else, or replace the Pokemon, for someone like Regice.
Cut can go, for another grass move.

Your main party doesn't have to have all of the HM's, I think you should try to work around with that.
Groudon is at lv. 40 ultra balls and timer balls should do fine, and a Master ball, if you don't want to catch Requazza with it.

Ho-oh_22 answered:

1. Swarpert: Good, but remove Strenght for Rain Dance or Sandstorm.
2. Get rid of Flash, Spark and Tri Attack. The reason? Flash is useless on it's own, Spark is weak due there are stronger electric moves, and Tri Attack is bad because Magneton has a really weak attack stat (if you know what I mean). Try this: Thunderwave, Thunder, Rain Dance and maybe, Double Team.
3. Remove Fire Blast it's very weak due Machoke has low Sp. Att. stat. Try this: Cross Chop, Earthquake, Toxic and other thing (if you have FR/LG please tell me, your pokmon will be stronger with some help)
4. It's good, but remove the Rock Smash and put Swagger (he learns by level up).
5. Remove Cut, put, i don't know, but anything is better than Cut!

Hello!
Swampert- good, but strength isn't great- try another attack, perhaps water pulse or focus punch for a bit of variety.

Magneton- I'm not a rude person, but I must be frank here- delete every one of those pathetic moves!

They're all too weak or useless for a powerful magneton! Try a shock wave, and thunder or thunderbolt, a rain dance and a move of your choice-perhaps a steel move.

Machoke- very good, but brick break to me is weak- I'd attempt to get an old move back from the move tutor, or teach it focus punch- not a great accuracy rating, but it certainly gets the job done.

Use an X Accuracy or two in battle and focus punch will be great.

Mightyena- if you cannot do without rock smash, teach it to Machoke- at least then he'll have a type advantage to make the most of a weak move. And hurry up and get crunch, because bite BITES!

Tropius- very good, but cut? You're having me on, right?! Cut is a weakling move, and doesn't deserve to be bequeathed to a tropius- give a razor leaf for crying out loud!

Rating- 6/10 good pokemon but their moves aren't amazing. Keep training and you'll reach the top.

Good luck and have fun!

(p.s. groudon's on level 40, and I'd try using a water pokemon to defeat him, such as milotic, because he can be a nightmare! DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT, CATCH HIM WITH THE MASTER BALL! He isn't worth the usage of your best ball!)
