Question for Pokemon Ruby

I've got a really, really weird thing happening !!! wen i look at the condision of my Pokemon (were it says psn, prz, slp etc) the stat sais p k r s in little letters.

When I went to see if I could recover it at the pokemon centre but nurse Joy starts sayng that it's a virus called Pokerus and it seems to spread to all my Pokemon

CAN ANYONE HELP ME
What is it? Is it bad? should I worry??!!!!!

You are so lucky! Pokerus, is a Pokemon virus (like nurse joy said) it helps your Pokemon grow levels faster. Pokerus, is not bad. Getting Pokerus,is rarer than catching a shiny Pokemon.

Let Pokerus spread to all the Pokemon in your party by battling,and deposit some of the Pokemon, that have Pokerus,in the PC.This will help you preserve the virus,and you'll want it to stay,because it will go away in a few days.

You should use this oppertunity to,train all the Pokemon you can,to level 100.When your done training them(if you do)submit your team and,I'll rate it.Have fun!

You shouldn't worry. It's actually helpful and will go away eventually. It actually doubles your pokemon's effort values like Speed, Special Att/Def, and so on. Like I said, in time, it goes away and can spread to your Pokemon, but that's no big deal.
