1: It's just luck basically. It's random, so there's no specific Pokemon that you need to get there. Just keep trying.

2: There is no team that you need. If you are doing Level 50, make sure your Pokemon are all Level 50, and have good moves. If youre doing Level 100, make sure your pookemon are all Level 100 and have good moves.

3; There's no 'best' place to train, but I recommend just keep battling the Elite 4.

1. You need a Mirage compatible Pokemon.

2. There isn't one exact team to use.

Just train 3 Pokemon and hope their good enough.

3. Well, I'd say the Elite Four or, Victory Road.
