Ok what do I do after you get the Red Orb I don't know what I have to do...

I started these friday, and I'm stuck.

Just outside of Lilycove city, team aqua/magma has blocked off the ocean with a heard of wailmer. If you go up, one of the rocks should have a hole in it. This leads to their hideout, which is full of teleporters. I forget what you have to do in here exactly, but I know that it involves beating team aqua/magma. I also know that if you take the right teleporters, then you can get the master ball.
