No. Gorebyess must be traded. Unless you use a cheating code device.

P.S. You could ask for a code.

To get Girbyss you must first get the c\\scanner in the busted up ship. Then give it to stern. He will trade you a deep sea tooth or scale.

Give either the tooth or scale (you choose which one you want) to a Clampearl. When you trade the Clampearl it will evolve to a Gorbyss (if scale) and Huntail (if tooth).
