Question for Pokemon Ruby

Hi its me again, may I ask Is the 100 launch in Mosdeep that will take you to the moon True? What pokemon learms Thief?

Is there a tm thief? I need it for the Heart Scale from Luvdisc.

1. I don't think that 100 launches will send you to the moon. I think people post that up to make you waste time trying to get 100 launches.

2. No Pokemon learns Theif (none that I know of, of course)

3. There is a TM for Theif.You get it when you meet team Magma or Aqua in the Museum in Slateport,when you talk to one of them.

Mightyena learns thief at level 52...

Catch a poochyena on route 102 and raise it, it's a strong pokemon anyway so it's worth you raising to a high level (route 102 houses higher levels... 4 to 5 average, unlike 3 to 4 average on 101)

I don't know of any pokemon that learns theif, but I do know that linoone learns covet, which is like a normal-type theif.
