Question for Pokemon Ruby

If you have already found all the shards and traded them in for stones but accidently sold them found all the other stones not shards in there locations is it possible to get the leaf,fire,thunder and water stones without using gameshark and ARcodes since I don't have either of them if so can you tell me where or how to get them thanks a million. Please could action shark and cross stinger answer this as they know so much about the game.

O.k, I know I'm not Cross Stinger or action shark, but I can answer your question.

The shards can be stolen from different pokemon, mostly:

blue: clampearl
yellow: chinchou
red: corsola
green: relicanth

It took me ages to find them, don't copy please!!!
